DLL missing on PECL for 1.5.0 #204

Hi,

I noticed version 1.5.0 was published on PECL but there is no DLL for Windows available.
Is it something that will be generated automatically in the next weeks or is there a manual action that needs to happen for this DLL to be available ?

I noticed this also, I wanted to upload those to github as part of a release also. I'll look into it. 👍
