phonegap developer app doen not connect xampp server on local host

Hi every one! I have a PhoneGap project on my windows 7 pc. I have installed the PhoneGap developer app on my pc which connects through Server Adress:192.168.2.4:3000 to my Android tablet. When i load the project on PhoneGap developer app, everything works fine. I can make connection between the PhoneGap developer app on android and see my project which is on my windows pc.
The problem is that i have some database which is saved locally on my pc and i access it with xampp. When i setup the xampp server, i can not access the database when i load the project on the PhoneGap developer app on my Android device. Thus i can not test it.
Can anyone help me how to access my database on the PhoneGap developer app on Android device? Any help is appreciated!
