Add TypeScript support

Will Phina.js add TypeScript support?

Vanilla js will continue to be offered as the primary language because the introduction of task tools such as gulp and webpack is troublesome and not for beginners.
Also, the main developer @phi-jp seems to hardly develop in the compiler language (Alt JS too).
That instead phina.js have the class definition system.
However it is also considered to create Typescript versions in parallel.
