Criar um script que prepara os arquivos XLS para uso da rotina abrir_base.

padronizar nomes de arquivos (maiúscula/minúscula)
checar existência dos arquivos necessários

usar stringr para testar nome de arquivo em lower case (ao invés de renomear todos os inconsistentes)
