Ideia: mover a resolução prática do exemplo 8.1 para junto dele, e criar uma resolução prática para o exemplo da tabela 3x2 (removendo os cálculos)

Cálculos removidos apenas no exemplo 3. A quantidade remanescente no exemplo 2 não pareceu excessiva, mas talvez possa ser reduzida também.

Gráficos de pizza Stephen Few ficarão para o ano que vem.
