How to check if partman is installed ?

Partman.Create_parent ( .. ) showing error 42883 : function does not exists.

1. Pg_proc showing zero record for partman schema.
2. Create schema Partman;
   42p06: already exists
3. Create extension pg_partman;
   42710: already exists
   Extension pg_partman showing already exists.
4. Select Version() - postgreSQL 14.9 on (GCC) 9.5.0, 64 bit.
5. Cron schema showing objects.
6. Pg_role not showing anything with rolename like 'partman'.
7. Pg_namespace showing one record for nspname ='partman'

How to know if partman installed ?
If installed than how to check its version ?
How to resolve create_parent error ?

In psql you can just type \dx and it will show all extensions installed and their versions

If you do \dx+ extension_name it can also show you all the objects that are part of that extension
