Allow requests to be automatically approved for only some language movies/shows

Describe the solution you'd like
Add approval status to filters

Additional context
My country’s local language movies/shows i need to manually check for the releases. But all english ones are all set to automatically approve and finish. This kind of approval setup for specific languages will be very useful
