Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The functions.rs website is out of date.

Describe the solution you'd like

Now that we have some semblance of an SDK experience, it should be updated with the "getting started" steps so users don't necessarily have to view the GitHub project to get started.

Ideally some better looking template and/or branding in the future would be ideal.
