"Power Users" were granted powerful permissions to some areas of the file 
system.  wpc reported no issues about "Power Users".

This is a feature.  If "Power Users" is empty, then wpc ignores it as any 
issues would not be exploitable.

While this is what pentesters would want, I guess auditors might want the 
opposite.  I'll make it optional at some stage.
