swiping ios8, swiping down goes to bottom! #bug

when swiping down on ios8, it goes to the bottom ; not to the next section..

I have a similar problem on ios7. I have 12 sections and on each touch event it goes up/down by four sections.

On OS X (10.11), mine often (not always though) goes down/up two sections. Only when using the trackpad though (not the arrow keys), so it might the the OS actually sending two scroll events
