I wish this has an event to pause the animation, for example when a modal or a menu is scrolling.

👍 It does need this ... or posted guidance on how to temporarily stop the animation. I have the same issue as @devjoseluis. I want to stop the animation while I have a popup window on the screen.

You can temporarily stop the script from working by adding the class "disabled-onepage-scroll" to body.
