It uses a slightly different DBus API from what I can gather but functionally the programs should be the same.

I'll be honest with you, this is not likely to happen in the near future from my end - the undocumented DBUS API means a bunch of sniffing/introspection to work out how it functions, and I just don't have the time right now.

I'd be happy to review a PR though.
