Cannot load xml namespace for validating config

Based on the distributed configuration file ...

pdepend/pdepend.xml.dist

... PhpStorm tells me that it can not load the xml namespace.

I get just a 404 error when I try to open http://pdepend.org/schema/dic/pdepend in a browser.

I am using version 2.16.2 installed via composer "pdepend/pdepend": "^2.16",.

Has it moved? Or is PhpStorm confused and confusing me right now?

I see we have the schema directory ( https://github.com/pdepend/pdepend/tree/master/src/site/rst/schema ) but that is a different path and it is not available on the website.

We can indeed publish schema folder on pdepend.org but I don't see any dic folder, no idea what it refers to. 🤔
