`config.admin` is modified even if plugin is not enabled #16

Not sure if this is intended, but

plugin-template/src/plugin.ts

Line 33 in b98324c

if (pluginOptions.enabled === false) {

the config.admin modifications happen before enable is checked, which would cause the components to be loaded in even if the plugin is disabled.
