Import of annotations not working

Hello,
I'm trying to import annotations with tcpdi v. 1.1 and tcpdi_parser v. 1.1 but it is not working.
getPageAnnotations( ) does find annotion objects, however they are not imported in importAnnotations( ) since the data structure seems to be different from what the function is expecting.
I have attached 2 pdf files that both have annotations in it which are not imported.
The annotations contained in "Annots_by_tcpdf.PDF" were created using tcpdf library and are also not imported.
Any help is appreciated.
