When I receive an offer and send candidate data, I find that sometimes two identical data lines appear. Why are they similar

In this case, the ice server will not connect successfully

It shouldn't be possible that two candidates are exactly identical. There can be two quite similar relay candidates if you set up two TURN servers, but they shouldn't be exactly the same. Please give more context about the setup and post the entire candidate list.
