In an attempt to start bringing together all of the libraries using OCaml 5 features, this repository will start vendoring them via submodules.
Originally this PR tried to bring in https://github.com/ocaml-multicore/eio and https://gitlab.com/talex5/gemini-eio/-/tree/master/src hence all of the porting to OCaml 5 work in the pin-depends. The trickiest is ppxlib/ocaml-migrate-parsetree which is needed now from the dependency on ocaml-tls. I removed gemini for now...
