Option to display album discs separately

Navidrome doesn't have a way to show a multi-CD release separated by CD in the subsonic API (since it uses only metadata and not folder structure). But this data is present in the album/track info returned (via disc Number).

Could you please add an option to display a release with a folder (album image, etc) per CD? I have many remastered releases with bonus CD material. But frequently I only want to play the first CD and there isn't an easy option to do that with one click.

If/when #12 is added you can get the disc subtitle from the extended metadata.
