It looks like the store function in preprocess.py computes the matrices and pickles it to *.npy.
However, there are always parsing errors:

pandas.errors.ParserError: Error tokenizing data. C error: Expected 140 fields in line 6, saw 142

I do not see a mistake in the files so I think it is a compatibility issue.
What are the original versions of the

  • Java dependencies (wala, commons)
  • Python dependencies (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, keras)
