I'm trying to compile code, but getting error message that "charry.h" is not found.

You should previously install OpenPapyrus. It is described in wiki (how to build). I have just translated the text in english (https://github.com/papyrussolution/OpenPapyrus/wiki/How-to-build-(en)).
The problem is building-process couldn't assemble some components without database engine wich will be installed during the launch the distributive.
