Thanks for the wonderful library and I was able to get it working with react@17. Unfortunately when I update to react@18, there are issues. Is there already plans to support this? I could also help you here.

I could narrow down the issue happens only when I wrap the app in <React.StrictMode>.

I have same question, i see there is a PR supporting for react 18 but it hasn't still merged yet
