Discovered while working on #1529 The inspection profile we created was not used by my IDE (ultimate-EAP) until I added a name and pointed the profile at it.

Possible downsides?
This only seems to work for calls into code from jars, not based on code in the same repository. It's possible there's another check we could leverage instead.
