The current plan (2019.03.21) is that switching to good-web-game/miniquad will bring back Android support.

Old plans

#247 has removed Häte-based android builds, but I still want Zemeroth to eventually support android.

So I should:

• It would be nice if everything was pure rust. ggez/ggez#29 / Android support ggez/ggez#70 - wait until ggez is ported to winit so I can use cargo-apk as before
• Try to build the game using "raw" SDL2 method (see Try building android version using "SDL2 method" #259)

miniquad/good-web-game have recently got Android support so I hope that #563 ("Switch to good-web-game completely") will help with Android version of Zemeroth.

@not-fl3 is working on the Android port (and required miniquad/macroquad improvements).
If anyone wants to help with testing check the latest apk build at the QUADS discord server.
