Setting Content-Disposition allows you to specify the filename for your download. Currently when downloading data like the XCRI-CAP in firefox I end up downloading a file with a generated name, for example:
EWdsgds53.part

I'd much rather see something like courses.xcri or courses.xml or whatever makes sense for the dataset.

Feel free to close if you don't think it makes sense for the project.
