Im not able to hide below the cell ? those green safe circles ? im passing over them not under .

In the code, they are called 'viruses'. Not only are they safe, but you can shoot at them to launch them at other players and break them apart! And yes, though you do not appear under the virus cells, they are still 'safe'. They will break apart larger players who come near.
This may or may not be a duplicate of issue #405.
