Spectator mode doesn't adjust correctly on the screen

I'm working on a "robot" mode for the application and it would be nice to use the spectator mode in the robot competition, but as the image show, the spectator mode doesn't completely fit the screen, neither center the view as I would expect. I could try to solve it if you point the way :)

This is because of the large server. If it was any smaller, it would be more difficult to see anything at all. Maybe instead of a scrolling system, we use a camera system that follows the mouse... ??
