1.2.4

What platform is your computer?

Darwin 24.3.0 x86_64 i386

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Create a new Nuxt 3.16 project
bun install
then bun --bun nuxt dev

What is the expected behavior?

No errors

What do you see instead?
