This game used to work, I even posted about it before cf. #1062 (you resolved it), & we got it to work after enabling 'Use Single Processor' (so no error popups), but as of late, it doesn't load the main game interface, just shows the outline of the game window /w nothing but black & when I press the Alt key it says "LockResource Failed" in a message box. I included the game as an attachment (58.7 MB when unpacked (includes piece move animations).) If it's due to an .ini configuration issue please let me know, I've been playing this game a lot & a big fan 😅 I'm also running WindowsBlinds 10 which skins my Windows 10 OS, but I don't think that's what's causing this as I tested /w it turned off, also COMODO Internet Security Premium (checked /w AV & HIPS disabled also.) P.S: The game is "Star Wars Chess" by "Software Toolworks" & also runs on Windows 3.11\ 98\ XP (16 bit I'm guessing.)
zip below (preinstalled): STAR WARS - CHESS.zip
