Why is the callback only publish/unpublish now

Oryx supports all SRS callbacks except for specially defined ones, as detailed in the documentation.

Oryx's callbacks are more comprehensive than SRS's, but not all callbacks are supported yet. Regarding play, since Oryx supports high-performance HLS (which bypasses SRS for HLS distribution), this requires special handling for callbacks, leading to additional development work.
