When linking out to solana assets with portalbridge, auto-populate networks + assets

When you click to deposit a solana asset, you get sent to https://portalbridge.com/?sourceChain=cosmos, but that auto-populates nothing. This sucks, as you have to do 10+ interactions to get the basics filled out, that should be pre-populated (or often inferred)

Pretty low priority, since its not a super common flow for us, but still painful
