Code for San José has changed its name to Open Source San José due to Code for America cutting ties with its local brigades and requiring them to move away from “Code for” branding.
This PR also updates the South Bay Map Night description to reflect the fact that the OSM South Bay group is being supported by OSSJ but our online meetups aren’t hosted by them. Finally, I removed @bdiscoe’s e-mail address from the Bay Area OpenStreetMappers entry, since the Meetup account is being maintained by other folks and it doesn’t make sense to expose people to more spam for things they aren’t closely tied to.
