otk currently has the following Python dependencies:

  1. click for the command line interface.
  2. rich for pretty formatting of output.
  3. parsimonious for parsing.

We are targeting RHEL 9; let's figure out of these dependencies are available.

Currently none of those are available in BaseOS, AppStream or CRB.

Oof; OK, I'll make some tickets to drop these dependencies then.
