Install Data Mesh Pattern in Cluster 4

Looked at cluster 4 installation, components installed on cluster 4 are not matching with instructions and components listed on this repo https://github.com/opendatahub-io-contrib/data-mesh-pattern. Is this the right git repo used for this installation ?.

Ryan Aslett has been blocked for awhile on this ticket. He needed some help from Redhat, they were able to unlbock Ryan and he was able to finally get some work done.

He is now stuck on the next level of this because, Ryan has not built this and he is unsure where to check to solve this issue.
@redmikhail and @ryanaslett will try to brainstorm this week to solve what's broken.
