End-of-Life (EoL) Announcement for Webex JS SDK V1/V2

We would like to inform you that our Webex JS SDK version V1 is already end-of-life (EoL) and SDK version V2 will reach its end-of-life on September 30, 2025. We strongly encourage all users to migrate to SDK V3 (latest version: [email protected]) to continue getting SDK support and feature upgrades. Please refer to our Migration Guide for detailed instructions on making the transition. You can also check the Changelog for the latest updates and features in version 3.4.0.

We would also like to indicate that since the V2 SDK is supported until September 30, 2025, we might have patch releases that involves minor bug fixes in the V2 SDK which also will be EoL by September 30, 2025 irrespective of when we published it.

Additionally, we advise users to move away from using Guest Issuer tokens and instead adopt Service apps for better security and functionality.
