I've compiled a list of 21 open PRs that I believe can be closed. Most of them fixed issues that have subsequently been fixed by other PRs. I've commented on most of them to explain why, though in some cases that didn't seem necessary as someone else had already commented.

I know it's a bit tedious, but could somebody with close permissions please check them over and close them if they concur with my analysis?

Many of them also have corresponding issues, which likely can also be closed.
