Can you re-license scss files in site/assets/scss/ folder to MIT?

By keeping license and copyright notice in bootstrap CSS files, we already included proper attribution for the MIT license,

If you you re-license documentation scss files to MIT too, we can reuse those css in our bootstrap projects without further attributions to comply the CC-BY license.
