Zotero has a very nice integrated pdf viewer with note taking and highlighting (the pdf viewer of Zotero is open source, btw, so it could form a good basis for an inline pdf viewer/coder in OpenQDA).
It would be great to be able to import annotated and highlighted pdfs from Zotero!
