Replace the Prerequisitestables

There are still around 220 leftover from the HTML conversion and represent most of the inline tables remaining in the repo

Not sure what the proper format for these would be though, or if it could be automated conversion.

What about transforming these in <dt>/<dl> lists (with the - : Markdown syntax) ?

IMO we use the proposed version or dump the section all together. Anything else is a waste of breath.

I agree with @Josh-Cena that the prerequisites are of questionable value, but think that's a separate issue.

Let's have the discussion then. I've yet to hear anyone say they think it adds value so could you @wbamberg or maybe @Rumyra take it to OWD discussion?

It is on my list but I didn't get around to it yet :). I'm planning to make a list of all the prerequisites for each page and taking a look to see if they are useful.

Having done this it looks to me like they are quite useful. So perhaps we should go ahead with putting them in a dl in a callout?
