Describe the enhancement
On the Settings > System > Backups page, each backup only shows a relative timestamp (e.g. "2 hours ago", "3 days ago"). There is no way to see the absolute date and time (e.g. 2026-08-12 14:00) in the UI, and there's no setting to switch the display to an absolute format.
Request: show the absolute date/time for each backup, either always visible next to (or instead of) the relative time, as a hover tooltip, or as a user-configurable display option.
Use cases
When checking whether backups completed successfully across multiple targets (e.g. local, NAS, and cloud storage), it's important to compare exact times to confirm they ran at the expected moment and stayed in sync. Relative time is imprecise once some time has passed, and it makes it hard to cross-reference backup timestamps with logs or other systems that use absolute timestamps.
