An orphaned??? user can block you from merging pull request

Here's at iptv-org our strict policy is to not to merge any PR unless you've got 2 approvals and all of your conversations resolved. Today, some user left a comment in my pull request that initiated a conversation . However, it's not visible in general tab and if I try to jump to it, my browser just randomly scrolls back and forth. I can't do anything with that conversation. Interestingly enough, if you search for that person you won't find anyone having that name.
