Trouble trying to launch the website

When i launch the website, the appeareance that bootstrap gives to the site is not deployed. I was watching the inspect and i realized of this strange code.

I don't know what it means. Perhaps it's anything regarding to the fact i've installed Kaspersky in my laptop.
