How can I access the data of issue, pull request, etc using github REST API? I've using token but still not works. Any idea about this thing?

For an issue the get-an-issue. You may wish to consider installing the GitHub CLI api.

For pull requests the endpoint is get-a-pull-request. The documentation provides examples of commands:
