You'll want to download the file using the If the file exceeds the size limits or you need multiple files (or a subdirectory) I'd recommend just downloading the whole repo as a zip and extracting whatever files you need. Just for simplicity. If this file changes frequently or is autogenerated, another option would be to use GitHub Action Artifacts, which have a much easier to use API at the cost of needed to maintain a workflow yaml file. |

Hi Team,
I am a devops engineer, i want to download a pdf file from private repository using powershell script or command line script which i can use in build pipeline. Kindly guide.
I have tried the following which is not working.
$token="My Access Token"
$url="url of pdf file which i get from Raw button link in github repo"
$outfile="Test.pdf"
Invoke-RestMethod $url -Headers @{Authorization="Token $token"} -Outfile $outfile
