GitHub Education does not recognize my school email

Hi everyone,

When I try to upload my GitHub Education proof, I get the following error message even though I'm using my school email (which ends in .edu). I've also set my school email to be my primary email and it is verified.

"There was an error creating the discount request. Errors: Discount request could not be created. Discount request errors: We require applicants to use a school-issued email address to apply."

I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

Same situations for our students.

1. They select prof - 1. Dated school ID - Good
2. They confirm the school (it is pre-filled based on their email address)
3. They take a photo of their ISIC card on their laptop
4. They click on allow location and submit the application
5. They then see an error message
