Hello,

I had previously applied and had been accepted for the Student Developer Pack. I tried submitting another application after my benefits expired since I am still in school, and I'm guessing that the document I submitted (unofficial transcript) didn't provide enough proof that I was a student, so the application was declined. Furthermore, I then tried to resubmit the application using my class schedule, but I then ran into an issue that says I was approved on a blank date. It says that my application is “Expired” tomorrow (yes you read that right) and I'm not sure what to do. Every day when I check back, the “Expired” date on the right side of the screenshot increases to the next day.

I received an email after the formal rejection for my unofficial transcript, but I did not receive one for the “Expired” situation I am in now.

Any help would be appreciated.
