My GitHub Student Developer Pack application was rejected

Hi everyone,

I recently applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack, but unfortunately, my application was rejected. Following the instructions provided in the rejection message, I enabled two-factor authentication and updated my billing information. However, when I try to submit a new application, I am unable to do so.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the message I receive when trying to reapply.
