Hello, I'd like to know how one correctly enables content reporting on the repository level. I have followed [1] and allowed content reporting to "All users" just to test the setting. I created a test organization and a test repository (including a PR) for this purpose [2] . I also followed your documentation on how to report content (more specifically how to report a comment) [3], but the "Report content" link always takes the reporter to the GitHub support form instead of giving me the choice of reporting it to repository admins as described in [3]:
I'm therefore curious what setting I'm missing in my test repository to fully leverage this GitHub functionality and allow users to report misconduct to the org/repository/community maintainers via the GitHub platform itself without the need to involve GitHub as the arbitration entity for everything.
