The Ability to select which job to run!

It can be achieved from cli with this command gh run rerun --job JOB_ID
gh run rerun --job 33251935492 ✓ Requested rerun of job 33251935492 on run 11930677846

Also, if steps can be rerun without the whole job it will make troubleshooting easier and faster.
