Problem enabling Student Developer Pack

Hi everyone,

I’m currently having trouble renewing my GitHub Student Pack and could really use some advice.

I’m a master’s student in a double degree program. I completed my first year at TU Delft and am now in my second year at KTH in Stockholm. Since this is a double degree program, I’m enrolled at both universities and have institutional emails for each (one from TU Delft and one from KTH).

I first tried renewing with my TU Delft email, as my previous Student Pack was linked to it. However, my request was rejected because I’m currently located in Stockholm, and the system couldn’t verify my connection to TU Delft from this location.

I then tried applying with my KTH email and submitted the following documents, but they were all rejected:

• A dated admission letter: rejected as it’s not considered proof of enrollment.

• A screenshot of the KTH student portal: also not accepted.

• An official, dated transcript: rejected because it wasn’t taken with my device camera but was uploaded instead.

To address the transcript issue, I tried resubmitting by taking a photo of my laptop screen from my phone. However, this time the request was rejected because my location couldn’t be verified, even though Google has access to my location and I didn’t receive any pop-up asking for authorization.

It’s been over a week, and I’ve submitted countless proofs showing I’m enrolled in not just one but two universities. I’m at a loss for what to do next and feeling super frustrated.

Has anyone else experienced something similar or have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
