Unable to upload proof of registration

Hi everyone,

Good day,

I am trying to register for GitHub's student pack and I am having trouble uploading my proof of registration. I do not have a physical student ID (My university usually uses government-issued identity documents) but I do have proof of registration sent by the institute over email. The proof of registration is in PDF format and I do not see an option to upload PDFs; the only option I see is to take a picture with my webcam. Am I perhaps not looking good enough?

Please assist.
